The event is being held on Sunday 22nd July 2012 and is open to all classes, ages and abilities, including a Village Race, the Paralympic mile and an Open Race. The races are as follows (race start times are subject to final confirmation):

12:30	Village Race - only open to residents of Shapwick
13:00	Under 17 Girls
13:15	Under 17 Boys
13:30	Junior, Senior and Veteran Women
13:45	Junior, Senior and Veteran Men
14:00	The Shapwick Paralympic Mile
14:30	Elite Race (by invitation only)
14:45	Public Race - open to all members of the public

Prizes will be given for first, second and third places in each race.

The event is being organised by Voice of Shapwick, in association with Bournemouth Athletic Club and Wimborne Athletic Club.
